Turn a base plan into a supply checklist

Start with the structures and quantities in your base plan, then choose how to carry the required Build Supplies. The supply total, the amount you buy, and the cargo that fits are three separate checks. A cheaper purchase is no use as a single load if most of it stays unpacked.

Total the structures you intend to build

Open your quantity plan and check its Build list. Each line keeps the structure, quantity and supply subtotal together. Follow the structure's name to inspect the exact item before changing its quantity.

Use Construction supplies as the requirement for this plan. If the heading is Known supplies and a line says Supply cost unknown, the displayed subtotal does not cover the whole list. Resolve that missing cost before treating the list as a complete purchase requirement.

For example, a quantity plan containing 300 Barbed Wire sections totals 2,100 build supplies at 7 per section. This is a worked quantity example; choose the pieces and counts your own base needs.

Open this worked base plan.

Choose loose bundles or sealed pallets

Select Plan supply run. The two choices show purchase quantity, total supplies, spare supplies and cargo cost before opening the cargo planner.

For the 2,100-supply example:

PurchasePackagesSupplies carried in the manifestSpare above the requirementCargo cost
Build Supplies, 50 per bundle42 bundles2,1000$420
Build Supply Pallet, 1,800 per pallet2 pallets3,6001,500$800

Bundles round up to cover the requirement. A sealed pallet keeps its full contents; the second pallet is not reduced to just the remaining 300 supplies.

Choose Pack loose supplies or Load build pallets to carry that choice into an editable manifest. The base name carries across, so you can recognize the load you prepared for it.

Check the vehicle before calling the load ready

Select the vehicle in the cargo planner and inspect both Logistics bed and Trunk. Loose supplies use trunk slots. Sealed pallets use bed space. Check the unpacked list as well as the total supply quantity.

With an URAL, the example's two build pallets occupy all 16 of 16 bed cells and leave no pallets unpacked. Its six trunk slots remain empty. The alternative 42 loose bundles fill all 6 trunk slots, leaving 1,800 build supplies unpacked. That cheaper loose purchase is not a complete single-URAL load in this arrangement.

The pallet option costs $800 for cargo. Manifest purchase total also includes the selected $5,000 URAL, making $5,800. Keep the cargo cost separate when you already have a vehicle available.

Open the two-pallet URAL manifest.

If an item says No free space, reduce the load or choose transport that holds it. If its storage layout, footprint or weight is unavailable, that value is unknown; it is not zero. Check again after changing the vehicle or adding other cargo.

Keep the checklist and the load together

Save the base plan and use Save manifest for the cargo you settled on. Give both names that identify the same job. Use Copy link to share the planned load, and reopen saved plans from Saved.

If you change the base quantities, open Plan supply run again and check the new manifest. Before the run, confirm what your team actually needs: the checklist is a plan, not a reading of current FOB stock. Keep build, fuel, ammunition and spare-parts supplies separate when checking a mixed load.

For a first delivery, follow Plan your first supply run from the receiving team's request through the meeting point and pallet deposit.
